The convenience of being just a short stroll from downtown truly made this experience shine. The staff were exceptionally kind, especially Paty and Sergio, who went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome. The spacious King Room was clean and comfortable, with amazing pillows – a delight for any traveler!

I am absolutely outraged over my experience! The 'fold out sofa' for the fifth person was a nightmare. It was so uncomfortable that we ended up sleeping on the floor. Additionally, the water pressure in the shower was seriously lacking, making it a frustrating experience to try to get clean. We felt completely misled about the breakfast situation as well, with no clear communication provided until too late.

Struggled with room lighting, faced plumbing issues multiple times, unnecessary coffee charges after day one, unexpected noise from nearby dog, outdated room decor could use an upgrade!!!

The location is excellent, within walking distance to key attractions, and the rooms are clean and nicely decorated, making for a comfortable stay. The cozy atmosphere of the hotel and exceptional service from staff, particularly Paty and Sergio, truly enhanced the experience. However, the room near reception lacked an optimal window view, and some amenities were not clearly communicated, which was frustrating. Additionally, there was limited information about extra fees for the tours, affecting planning.

The junior suite was cozy and quiet. Great breakfast included fresh fruit, coffee, and eggs cooked to order. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, just a few blocks from El Zocalo, making it easy to explore. Plus, there’s a lift for bags, which is a nice touch.

excellent proximity to parks and cultural landmarks for exploration

We had such a great time wandering through the zocalo and exploring the nearby Museo de Arte Contemporaneo, which was just a few steps away, truly making the most of our visit as we walked everywhere, soaking in the local atmosphere. The hotel's central location allowed us to eat at delicious nearby restaurants like La Cueva Oaxaca, perfect for experiencing the local cuisine.

Good location and friendly staff, but common area seating is a bit uncomfortable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this charming hotel in Oaxaca! The spacious rooms were perfect for our big family, including the grandkids, who loved exploring the beautiful courtyard. The staff was accommodating and truly made us feel at home during our entire trip.

My kids wished there were more kid-friendly food options in the breakfast menu.

We had a fantastic six-night stay in the King Room! Loved the easy access to downtown—just a quick stroll away. The cozy Villa was super spacious. We also really appreciated the nearby convenience stores for snacks. Definitely check out the local tours. the guides were knowledgeable and made the trips really worthwhile!

loved my stay at casa divina! the king room was so comfortable, and the staff was incredibly helpful, especially with laundry services. the free breakfast was delicious, and everyone in the breakfast area was super friendly. plus, it’s conveniently located near jose maria, making it easy to explore the area.
